The Auramask features 216 high-quality lamp beads emitting precise wavelengths for optimal results:

What is 850nm? Near-Infrared Light, the only light wavelength strong enough to reach and heal the bone. Scientifically proven, light therapy achieves optimal results when infrared wavelengths are combined, penetrating deeper into the skin to amplify the benefits provided by red, blue, yellow, and cyan light.

It's recommended to use the Auramask for 10-15 minutes a day, 4-5 times per week for best results. For lower intensity settings, the mask should be worn for 15-20 minutes a day, 5-7 times per week.

Taking good care of your skin is the best way to prepare it to receive the benefits of LED light therapy. Ways you can give your skin your best is to nourish it throughout the day, through staying hydrated, eating a balanced nutritious diet, limiting sun exposure and wearing SPF daily, and making sure you’re getting enough sleep. Before using your Auramask, use a gentle cleanser to cleanse your skin.

To get the most out of your Auramask, follow the following steps:
Step 1: Cleanse, we recommend a double cleanse, using our Auraderm for a more thorough clean.
Step 2: You can either skip this step and apply the Auramask directly on to cleansed skin, however we recommend applying a quality Hyaluronic Acid for an added boost of hydration first.
Step 3: Put on the Auramask and secure with the straps provided, removing the eye-shields if you prefer not to wear them during treatment. Select your light mode, time of treatment and enjoy!
Step 4: Remove the mask once the treatment has ended, and apply your remaining skincare serums and moisturiser.
